Dr Milo Phillips-Brown is a Lecturer in the Philosophy of Technology at the University of Edinburgh. He works on the ethics of automated decision-making (in what ways are algorithmic systems discriminatory? are they noisy decision-makers?) and the general connections between values and technology.
