Ramsha Naeem

EFI Visiting Fellow from September - December 2025

Dr Ramsha Naeem is an Assistant Professor and Head of the MBA Program at the University of Central Punjab (UCP), Lahore, Pakistan. Her research interests include diversity faultlines, virtue ethics, ethical leadership, strategic HRM, and digital transformation. She has published her work in peer-reviewed journals and presented at leading international conferences, including the Academy of Management (AOM). Currently a Visiting Fellow at the Edinburgh Futures Institute, University of Edinburgh, she is investigating how AI reshapes employee thinking, behavior, and workplace dynamics, and what ethical frameworks are needed to guide its adoption across cultural contexts in Pakistan and the UK.
