Claudia González-Márquez is a Teaching and Research Fellow in Artificial Intelligence, Data, and the Rule of Law. Claudia is Programme Staff on the interdisciplinary MSc in Data and Artificial Intelligence Ethics, and serves as course organiser for ‘Data and Artificial Intelligence Ethics, Law and Governance’. Claudia's main research focus lies at the intersection of neurotechnology, artificial intelligence and law. González-Márquez’s current research addresses the legal and ethical implications posed by foundation models trained on brain data.
