Xin Bao

Xin’s research explores the social and ethical dimensions of AI production through ethnographic research on data annotation labour in rural China. She has an academic background in Philosophy (BA) and East Asian Studies (MA), with research interests in anthropology, STS, digital labour, and AI ethics.
